Recipes for those in a hurry!

Running late for work and only have 5 seconds to spare? Not a problem. Here are some great recipes I use when I run late.. and they taste great!

You’ll need:

  • 1 cup of water, milk, soy milk, rice milk, almond milk, or my new favorite almond chocolate milk
  • 1 scoop of Shakeology
  • 1 shaker cup

Shake these ingredients in your shaker cup and you’re done! Easiest & fastest meal you’ll ever make

My personal favorite fast shake – Iced Mocha

  • 1 cup of cold coffee                                                 shakeology iced coffee
  • 1 scoop of chocolate Shakeology
  • 1 cup of milk (any milk will do here)
  • Ice to taste

Take your shaker cup, mix the ingredients together and ta-da! You have an iced mocha shake that took you 1 minute to make.

The best part about this shake is that it tastes awesome, you don’t need a blender, and it gives you an extra boost in the morning! Especially if you’re on your way to work.

Someone also asked me if these shakes are still good to drink even if you don’t drink them right away. The answer is yes! They’re a great meal to store in the fridge until you’re ready for it. Now onto regular recipes…

Chocolate Shakeo Ice Cream

  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 Tbsp. Peanut butter
  • 1 cup of Ice Cubes (or more depending on the consistency)
    * Personally, I add alot of ice!
  • Put all the ingredients in the blender. Blend well. You can put it in the freezer to let it get hard, but if you like the milkshake consistency, you can eat it right away.

Chocolate No-Bake Cookie

  • 8 Tablespoons PB2  – add water to the PB2 until it’s a creamy consistency cookie
  • 3 Tablespoons Natural Peanut butter  – more PB if you like them creamier
  • ½ Cup Shakeology
  • 3 Tablespoons Raw Honey or Organic Blue Agave(natural sweetner)
  • ¼ – ½  Cup Instant Oatmeal

Mix all in a large bowl and spoon out small (egg-size) portions. Put in freezer. Take out when ready to eat.. they thaw quick! Only 80 calories and 7 grams of protein!

If you freeze coffee in an ice cube tray overnight, you can put 5 or 6 coffee ice cubes in your Chocolate Shakeology (blended or shaken), with some almond milk, and it tastes like a frappucino! frapp cubes

  1. What other recipes have you come up with using the chocolate shakeology? I get bored and want to make sure I have lots of different idea!

    • Have you tried buying different flavored extracts? I love using these. Try..

      – caramel extract + a pinch of salt + almond milk, this tastes like a candy bar. It’s amazing. This is my go to shake.

Have you tried any of the other shakeo flavors?

  2. I have the chocolate flavor. Just started yesterday, made the chocolate twilight one. Honestly, it was ok kind of chalky not sure if I should add something else to it to boost the flavor.

    • Do you have the regular or vegan chocolate? The vegan needs blended a little longer in the blender to get rid of that chalkiness. Also, try making the shakes with milk or an almond milk. I hate mixing mine with water. This will make it creamy and smooth.
