Recipes for those in a hurry!
Running late for work and only have 5 seconds to spare? Not a problem. Here are some great recipes I use when I run late.. and they taste great!
You’ll need:
- 1 cup of water, milk, soy milk, rice milk, almond milk, or my new favorite almond chocolate milk
- 1 scoop of Shakeology
- 1 shaker cup
Shake these ingredients in your shaker cup and you’re done! Easiest & fastest meal you’ll ever make
My personal favorite fast shake – Iced Mocha
- 1 cup of cold coffee
- 1 scoop of chocolate Shakeology
- 1 cup of milk (any milk will do here)
- Ice to taste
Take your shaker cup, mix the ingredients together and ta-da! You have an iced mocha shake that took you 1 minute to make.
The best part about this shake is that it tastes awesome, you don’t need a blender, and it gives you an extra boost in the morning! Especially if you’re on your way to work.
Someone also asked me if these shakes are still good to drink even if you don’t drink them right away. The answer is yes! They’re a great meal to store in the fridge until you’re ready for it. Now onto regular recipes…

Chocolate Shakeology Treats
Just because you’re living a healthier lifestyle, doesn’t mean you can’t treat yourself! Below you’ll find two awesome recipes for days where you feel like having a brownie or some ice cream. Side note: these are much healthier for you! 🙂
Chocolate Shakeo Ice Cream
- 1.5 cups of Almond Milk or Fat Free Milk
- 1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 Tbsp. Peanut butter
- 1 cup of Ice Cubes (or more depending on the consistency)
* Personally, I add alot of ice! - Put all the ingredients in the blender. Blend well. You can put it in the freezer to let it get hard, but if you like the milkshake consistency, you can eat it right away.
Chocolate No-Bake Cookie
- 8 Tablespoons PB2 – add water to the PB2 until it’s a creamy consistency
- 3 Tablespoons Natural Peanut butter – more PB if you like them creamier
- ½ Cup Shakeology
- 3 Tablespoons Raw Honey or Organic Blue Agave(natural sweetner)
- ¼ – ½ Cup Instant Oatmeal
Mix all in a large bowl and spoon out small (egg-size) portions. Put in freezer. Take out when ready to eat.. they thaw quick! Only 80 calories and 7 grams of protein!
Frappuccino
If you freeze coffee in an ice cube tray overnight, you can put 5 or 6 coffee ice cubes in your Chocolate Shakeology (blended or shaken), with some almond milk, and it tastes like a frappucino!
