Week 2 Workout

Week 2 Workout Schedule:

  • 11/26 – BBL Bum Bum, BBL Cardio Axe
  • 11/27 – TF Fire 30, P90X Shoulders & Arms
  • 11/28 – YBB Latin Flavor, RevAbs Fat Burning Abs
  • 11/29 – YBB Hip Hop Abs, Booty Blaster
  • 11/30 – TF Fire 45,TF Abs 10
  • 12/1 – P90X Cardio X, TF Lower 20

It’s really important to work your muscles every other day. If you don’t continue to work on them, you’ll never reach your goal. But it’s important to give them a day to rest so you don’t strain yourself. I will update my results this Saturday!
